Reeling Spurs come up short on the road against Lakers
The Los Angeles Lakers (15-9) snapped their two-game losing streak to the San Antonio Spurs (11-14), 121-113.
After a tight game through three periods, LeBron James and the Lakers exploded in the final period, out-scoring the Spurs 41-31. James scored 20 of his 42 points in the final period. Lonzo Ball added 14 points and Kyle Kuzma added 22 points in the L.A. win.
San Antonio's Rudy Gay paced the team with 31 points and the team went 20-20 from the free-throw line. DeMar DeRozan had 32 points but it was not enough for the reeling Spurs who have lost two-straight.
