WATCH: Surveillance video captures fiery plane crash

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WPLG) - An investigation is underway to determine what brought down a small plane Saturday in South Florida.

    The plane crashed into an autism therapy center in Fort Lauderdale, and it was all caught on camera.

    This is the video that shows the Cessna 355 that pilot Eladio Marquez, 51, was flying just as it crashes into a building where children with special needs were being cared for.

    While the investigation continues, caution tape surrounds the rubble, which is all that's left of the plane, and the building has been deemed unsafe

    The plane instantly exploded on Saturday afternoon. You can see the staff members and children running for their lives. Thankfully none of them were injured.

    Marquez, a pilot for 12 years and one passenger inside the plane died on scene.

    The national transportation safety board is investigating the crash.
