The owner of "Two Bros BBQ Market" is speaking out about that failing health score. The restaurant received a 67, but passed previous inspections over the last year with a 99 or 100.

Dady also suggested a change for Metro Health. He says when new inspectors are assigned to new locations, the first visit should not be put into public record.
