SAN ANTONIO -- It's one of the largest breast cancer symposiums and it's happening right here in San Antonio.

The 44th Annual Breast Cancer Symposium is happening this week at the Henry B. Gonzalez Center downtown and brings some of the top doctors and researchers from around the world together -- both in-person and virtually -- to discuss the future of breast cancer.

We caught up with Dr. Virginia Kaklamani, Breast Oncologist at UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center, who tells us more about the significance of the symposium, what are some of the topics they discuss, and what this event brings to San Antonio.
