SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner has identified a man who was shot to death behind an apartment complex on the Northwest Side.

The incident happened around 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, in the 6100 block of Whitby Road.

According to the San Antonio Police Department, there was a disturbance between Jagger Joshua Munoz and another man inside a vehicle.

Police say Munoz was shot and then fell out of the vehicle. He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The suspect fled after the shooting in an unknown vehicle, according to officials.

Munoz was only 19-years-old, according to the medical examiner’s office.
