SAN ANTONIO -- A teen is recovering after he was shot while walking along an East Side street Friday night.
The shooting happened around 9:45 p.m. Friday on Bellinger Street near the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Drive.
Officers at the scene said a 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man had just left a convenience store on Martin Luther King and were walking north on Bellinger, when someone in a white Impala pulled up near them.
