Santa Claus goes on mock trial in front of jury of fourth graders
Like a scene out of "Miracle on 34th Street," "Kris Kringle" had his day in court.
A mock trial was held in front of a jury of fourth graders from Bonham Academy.
The charges were that Santa was accused of not having a visitor's pass before making his way through the school.
Those jurors learned an important lesson about law and order.
The results of that trial? The fourth graders found Santa Claus not guilty, just in time for him to make his rounds this Christmas.
