Police: 22-year-old woman stabbed man in neck during fight over dogs
SAN ANTONIO —
A woman is facing charges after she allegedly stabbed a man in the neck Tuesday night.
Police were called to the 800 block of Chesnut Drive at about 8 p.m. for a fight between a group of homeless people.
An argument about dogs ensued and escalated when a 22-year-old woman pulled out a knife and stabbed a 24-year-old man in the neck, according to police.
The unidentified woman is now in police custody and faces aggravated assault charges.
