Firefighters rescue person trapped inside vehicle following rollover accident

HOUSTON - Emergency crews had to rescue a person trapped inside a vehicle after a rollover accident.

The accident happened around 12:30 a.m. Friday off Gulf Freeway and Telephone Road on Houston's Southeast Side.

Houston Police officers said when they arrived, they found someone trapped inside the car that was flipped over on its roof. Firefighters pulled that person from the vehicle. They were taken to the hospital. No word on their condition.

Investigators said that two SUVs were involved in the accident. Both drivers claimed the other was at fault.
