Person dead after head-on crash on Far Northwest Side

SAN ANTONIO - One person is confirmed dead after a head-on crash on the Far Northwest Side Friday morning.

The accident happened around 10:44 a.m. at Ralph Fair Road near Fawn Mountain.

Bexar County Sheriff's Office spokesperson said that a truck hydroplaned, lost control and crashed into a Jeep.

The truck driver was pronounced dead at the scene. His female passenger survived.

The female driver of the Jeep and her baby were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
