A man faces up to life in prison after he was found guilty Tuesday of sexually abusing two young girls.

According to an affidavit, in February 2015, 46-year-old Benjamin Escobedo was caught after the victim's older sibling saw him on the bed with the 12-year-old victim and then alerted someone. A short time later, the second victim, a 15-year-old, came forward and admitted to being sexually assaulted as well.

Escobedo was found guilty of continuous sexual abuse of a child, a first-degree felony; sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony; and two two counts of indecency with a child by contact, a second-degree felony. He faces sentencing next month.
