UPDATE on Wednesday, June 13, 2018: Police arrested a second suspect identified as 19-year-old Zyshonne Napier. According to court records, Napier's car was in the area at the time of the shooting and was seen by an officer patrolling the area. His co-defendant in the case, Kevin Luster, also told police Napier told him to set up the meeting with the victim that ultimately led to his death. See previous story below.

Police arrested one man accused in the shooting death of a 19-year-old man three months ago.

According to court papers, Kevin Luster, 19, is charged with the murder of Tamaris Taylor on March 13 in a parking lot along Upland Road, located near I-10 and East Houston Street.

Investigators believe Taylor was going to meet Luster in the moments before he was gunned down as he sat in his car. He died of multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office.

Arrest papers state Luster's phone records show he called Taylor just minutes before the shooting. The report also states Luster knew Taylor would be robbed at gunpoint, although he told investigators he did not know Taylor would be killed.

Luster is charged with murder. It's unclear whether a second suspect named in the court papers has been arrested.
