SAN ANTONIO -- Police have arrested two men accused of throwing rocks at another man when he tried to break up their fight over a parking spot.

It all started Sunday night when officers responded to a home in the 6800 block of Pecan Valley.

A victim told officers that his family members were in the parking lot arguing with a group of people over a parking spot. When the victim confronted one of the people from the group, identified as 25-year-old Cesar Sepulveda, Sepulveda and 20-year-old Jaqual Danielle Clayton started throwing rocks at him. The victim went back to his apartment when he was hit with a large rock. Another rock then came flying through his window.

The victim then grabbed his gun and shot Sepulveda in the abdomen. He and Clayton then fled and went to Mission Trail Baptist Hospital where they were detained. Sepulveda was then transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center in critical condition.

Sepulveda and Clayton were arrested and charged with aggravated assault, a second-degree felony.
