Two teens, adult found dead in gated community
Three people, including two teenagers, were found dead in a home in Northwest Bexar County early Thursday morning.
Investigators were called around 9 a.m. to a home along Anaqua Springs Road in the Anaqua Springs Ranch subdivision.
Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar said that a woman in her 30s and two girls in their teens were found dead from gunshot wounds. They were found by a man, who also stays at the residence. All three females have gunshot wounds to the upper body.
“Two of them are pretty young, believed to be in their teens. The third is a woman believed to be in her 30s,” explained Sheriff Salazar.
Sheriff Salazar said that two of the victims were murdered and the medical examiner would have to determine manner of death on the third.
“We couldn’t speculate as to cause of death at this point. It’s just too early to tell," said Salazar.
The male occupant who found the bodies told investigators that he was staying away from the home on Wednesday night, and came home to find the bodies. He is being cooperative with investigators.
"The man is in some sort of dating relationship with the woman in her 30s," said Salazar.
The Bexar County Sheriff Office CSI and Mobile Crime Unit are on the scene.
The sheriff is asking that anyone with security cameras in the area to voluntarily provide the footage to investigators.
“They’re multi-million dollar homes very big, very big lots. The homes are probably very well constructed, so it’s quite possibly nobody heard anything. But it’s also possible that somebody may have heard or seen something that maybe at the time didn’t seem like anything of consequence, but now in the great scheme of things may seem like it could be a puzzle piece," said Salazar.
