The San Antonio skyline will soon be changing, with the addition of a luxury 20 story hotel-condominium.
Take a look, to see what the $116 million building will look like.
Located near the historic Tobin Center along Lexington Avenue, this building will have 167 hotel rooms, and 66 luxury condo units.
"We've already sold 16 percent, which is unprecedented for San Antonio," said Steve Markham, the director of sales for The Arts Residences.
The project will cost private investors about $116 million.
"Nothing like this has ever been built in San Antonio before,” said Markham. "It's going to help revitalize this area, and complement the existing area with the Tobin Center."
Once the project is finished, residents can enjoy many amenities including a pool overlooking the River Walk.
"People who live in the condos will have 24-hour concierge services,” said Markham.
Residents and tourists aren't the only ones impacted, the building is also expected to create about 13 hundred jobs.
"It will provide San Antonio with a world class hotel, and the first true luxury condominium in the city."
Construction is expected to begin at the end of August, or the beginning of September.
