SAN ANTONIO - Leticias Mexican Restaurant located at 1922 North Zarzamora scored a 59 on its recent health inspection conducted by the Bexar County Metro Health Department. Anything below 70 is considered a failing score.

The health inspection found several violations including...

  • No thermometer in the refrigerator
  • Holes in the walls and ceilings
  • Employees not using the right time and temperature in cooling food
  • Signs of rodents in the kitchen
