A Japanese restaurant stands out for having traditional sushi mixed with Mexican roots

This week's Blue Plate Award goes to Sushi- Zushi located at 9867 Frontage Road . It earned a perfect 100 score on its health inspection.

"We actually have four locations here in San Antonio two in Austin and two in the DFW area," said Alfonso Tomita, the restaurant owner.

And they've got sushi to please any palate. From traditional Japanese-- to sushi with a kick --like serrano, chipotle, dripping with all kinds sauces

"Our mission is to provide the most enjoyable experience to all our dinning guests and we have a mission too that is to provide an extraordinary working environment experience for our valuable employees," said Tomita.

Everything is fresh and made to order

"So it's like three menus in one it's a big menu but I think you can find something that you love," said Tomita .
