WHAT'S HAPPENING: Areas of patchy to dense fog and some drizzle are to be expected early Sunday morning. In addition, an approaching upper-level low from Arizona will provide sufficient lift for cloudy skies and light isolated rain showers throughout the day on Sunday. Showers will pick up in intensity overnight Sunday and strong to isolated severe storms are forecast after midnight through to Monday morning.
The biggest concern is some isolated flooding across the Hill Country and I-35 corridor and Eastern Zone. Partly cloudy skies and drier conditions will return to the return by afternoon on Monday.
The remainder of the work week will be Mostly Sunny and warm.
