San Antonio Spurs' Kyle Anderson has been working hard to improve this offseason, and has been sharing his progress on social media.

He posted a video of himself in a pickup game on Instagram, and the clips displayed him attacking to the basket and finishing each play.

Anderson stayed true to his nickname, as he appeared to move in slow motion as he was maneuvering around the floor.

The upcoming season is his fourth in the NBA, which will be a pivotal one.

He has the chance to improve his standing long term on the team, but if he does not show any progression it is possible the Spurs will choose to go in another direction.

Last season, he averaged 3.4 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.
