Happy Valentine's Day, everyone. You know I got to thinking; who are the top ten Valentines in sports history? The legends who's names you associate with the meaning of the day? So here we go. The top 10 Valentines sports names...

1. It all starts with the obvious. Former baseball manager Bobby Valentine.

2. However, my favorite valentine? The great Darnell Valentine of Kansas and the Blazers.

3. Speaking of former NBA stars, how about the great Bob Love? A favorite of Coach Pop and our own Randy Beamer.

4. You can't do Valentines without Flowers, and San Antonio has two. Oklahoma's Dimitri Flowers of Churchill.

5. And former Judson star Tre Flowers at Oklahoma State.

6. There's only one flower on valentines and that's the Rose. Derrick Rose is most popular.

7. But a rose by any other name? There is but one, and it is of course Charlie Hustle. Pete Rose.

8. The pickin's getting slim, so how about former St. Louis Cardinal Jim Hart? Get it?

9. And of course what's Valentines without a box of 'Candy' Maldonado?
