An flaming appetizer served at a Cedar Park Mexican restaurant is off the menu after a lawsuit claims the dish burned a customer last month.

The lawsuit says Erika Saenz was eating and the Dos Salsas Cafe on May 20, 2017 when she ordered the "Quesos Flameados" appetizer, which the suit says is "served flaming at the table."

According to the lawsuit, a waitress brought out the queso and attempted to set it on fire. When it was lit, the queso went directly on the plaintiff's face, chest, neck and arms, causing "life-altering burns."

A manager with Dos Salsas says the appetizer is still available, but it is no longer served flaming.
