Police: Ohio boy found wandering alone, parents didn't know he was missing
Someone called police, saying a little boy was walking alone in the street. When officers got to him, they took him to a hospital to be checked out. Police say the boy had fresh burn marks on his wrists and they believe he'd been bound. WOIO reports after getting the boy to safety, officers went door to door, showing a picture of the boy to try and figure out who his parents were. Police say the boy could not tell them his name or where he lived.
