Driver killed after running stop sign in Wilson County, troopers say
SAN ANTONIO - State troopers confirmed one person was killed in a two car wreck in Wilson County on Friday morning.
According to investigators, the driver of a dark-colored Toyota vehicle ran a stop sign on FM 537 and collided with a truck heading down State Highway 123 near Stockdale sometime before 7 a.m.
The driver of the Toyota was killed. The driver of the truck was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center in unknown condition.
No other information was released at the scene. The Texas Department of Public Safety is handling the investigation into the crash.
