UTSA offering free counseling services
SAN ANTONIO - If money is keeping you from seeking counseling, The University of Texas at San Antonio can help.
UTSA is providing free counseling services with trained and in-training mental health professionals free of charge at the UTSA Sarabia Family Counseling Center at its campus downtown.
The center offers counseling for all kinds of issues.
"We understand that people go through regular developmental life transitions and there can be times of stress, depression, anxiety concerns, relationship concerns, career adjustment concerns... grief and loss basically anything and everything you can think about," said Heather C. Trepal, Associate Professor at UTSA's Department of Counseling.
Counseling services are offered six days a week.
