Red light runner flees after causing three car crash

SAN ANTONIO - Police are on the lookout for a driver who apparently ran a red light and caused a three vehicle wreck.

The accident happened at about 11p.m. at the intersection of Walters and MLK Drive.

The red light runner hit a family inside a white sedan, which then slammed into an SUV.

The driver of the SUV was taken to a hospital in unknown condition. The family in the white car was expected to be okay.

Police said the driver who caused the crash took off on foot.
