Police: Robbery suspect arrested after returning to store in same clothing
SAN ANTONIO —
A man wanted for robbing a store clerk is now off the streets.
A report states Marshall Polchlopek went into the Family Dollar off Donaldson on December 18th pretending he wanted to buy items to make a gingerbread house and ended up robbing the clerk at knifepoint.
The clerk told police he began to stare at her and eventually put on latex gloves and held her at knifepoint until she opened the register. About a week later, the day after Christmas, police say he returned in the same clothes.
Investigators were able to match the surveillance video from the attack. They were also able to get fingerprints to help identify him.
Polchlopek now faces aggravated robbery charges.
