North Side home damaged during alleged arrest attempt

SAN ANTONIO - A North Side property owner is looking for answers - after he says his home was damaged by SAPD officers.

According to the family, officers kicked in several doors last night to a home located on Kenton Knoll, while trying to execute an arrest warrant.

The family says they called police for protection from the man police were looking for and never expected their property would be damaged in the process.

Family members say the man police are looking for doesn't live at the Stone Oak home and hasn't recently been there.

We reached out to SAPD about the family's concern and we are still waiting to hear back.
