How to get San Antonio news on Alexa-enabled devices

SAN ANTONIO - If you're looking for another way to get your news from us here at News 4 San Antonio, try using Alexa.

Alexa is an intelligent digital assistant built into Amazon's Echo speaker and other devices. She can provide voice interactions, music playback and now local news, traffic and weather.

Before trying to ask Alexa the news, you must go onto the Alexa app and install the News 4 San Antonio "skill." Once the skill is installed you then can ask Alexa questions about the news and she will tell you what's going on in the area.

Go to Settings > Flash Briefing.
Click Get more Flash Briefing content.
Scroll or search for a feed that you want to add. You can also sort by relevance, average rating or date added.
Click on the link for the feed and click Enable Skill to add it to your Flash Briefing.
