New gardening plans to filter storm water

SAN ANTONIO- A new gardening plan aims to add water to the Aquifer and add beauty to the city.Several organizations welcomed a grant of more than 50-thousand dollars from Wells Fargo.It's part of the bank's environmental solutions for communities.The money will be spent on a series on rain gardens, which will purify storm water to add to The Edwards Aquifer.The first of these rain gardens will be on the Northwest campus of UTSA.The San Antonio River authority and The Edwards Aquifer authority will also contribute 15-thousand dollars each for the project.{} {}
