Man stabbed during downtown bar fight
SAN ANTONIO - Police believe a fight inside a downtown bar led to a stabbing early Friday morning.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the victim had been drinking at a bar when he got into a fight and was stabbed. The 28-year-old victim staggered to the intersection of Crockett and Presa to get help at about 2:15 a.m.
Bike Patrol officers called for paramedics and the victim was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center for treatment.
Police are still looking for the suspects, but said another person in the area was treated for injuries consistent with having been in a fist fight.
