SAN ANTONIO - Analysts have lowered iPhone X sales expectations for the first quarter of next year, citing signs of lackluster demand at the end of the holiday shopping season. JL Warren Capital says the drop reflects weak demand because of the iPhone X’s high price point and a lack of interesting innovation. Customers seem to be opting for cheaper models of the iPhone, according to Cowen & Company, which says that apple failed to cram enough new technology into the iPhone X to justify a $999 price tag.

Chrysler is recalling 1.8 million Ram pickup trucks. They have a glitch that could allow the trucks to shift out of park and roll. While customers wait to have their cars repaired, the company's safety compliance chief urged drivers to deploy the parking brake. The recall covers certain heavy- and light-duty Rams dating back to 2009. Drivers can check to see whether their vehicles are affected at safercar.gov.

Businesses are required to have a local permit and a state license to sell pot for recreational purposes. Also, legal cannabis won’t be allowed to be smoked in public.
